With an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Director Trebia Rodgers has been a cornerstone of the agency's success and evolution. Her journey began humbly as an after-school DECA student, where she demonstrated an early passion for service. Rising through the ranks, she has held roles as secretary, administrative assistant, deputy director, and communications supervisor overseeing 911 operations. Today, she serves as the agency director, bringing unparalleled expertise and dedication to her leadership role.
Director Rodgers's influence extends beyond her agency. She has served as an active and dedicated board member of the Mississippi Civil Defense Emergency Management Association for District 1 during multiple terms spanning 1999–2004, 2008–2010, and 2018–2022. In addition, she holds the prestigious designation of Certified Emergency Manager for the State of Mississippi, underscoring her expertise and commitment to excellence in the field. For the past 15 years, she has lent her expertise to the curriculum board for emergency management personnel, shaping the future of the profession.
In addition, Director Rodgers serves as a board member of the MS 911 Coordinators Association for District 3, where she plays a pivotal role in various committees, including legislative, membership, conference, and education. Her commitment to advancing the field of emergency management was further recognized when Governor Tate Reeves appointed her to the prestigious Commercial Mobile Radio Service Board.
On a personal note, Director Rodgers is married to Danny Rodgers, a retired captain of the Grenada Fire Department. Together, they cherish their family, including two grown children, a grandson, and a granddaughter.

Deputy Director Tiffany Clark has been an integral part of the agency for seven years, quickly establishing herself as a dynamic and dedicated professional in the field of emergency management. Currently, she is diligently working toward earning her Mississippi Certified Emergency Manager credential, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and excellence.
Within her first two years, Deputy Director Clark showcased her ability to manage complex challenges by playing a key role in responding to several major disasters, including the 2019 and 2020 floods, the Easter Storm of 2020, and the Winter Storm of 2021. Her steadfast dedication to protecting and serving her community mirrors the passion of Director Rodgers, solidifying her reputation as a compassionate and effective leader.
Deputy Director Clark’s contributions have proven invaluable to the agency, earning her the respect of colleagues and the community alike. On the personal front, she is married to David Clark, a former contractor in Grenada. Together, they are proud parents of two sons, one currently in college and the other in high school.
